a kids-led kindness hub
Hi friends! We're Callie and Livvie โ twin 2nd-graders. We started this on our own to be kinder Wolves. (Personal kids' project โ not a school thing!)
It's two things at once:
A real wolf pack looks out for each other. We're building a place where every Wolf โ big or little, new or old โ feels like they belong. ๐พ
~ that's me! ~
~ that's me! ~
A real wolf pack looks out for each other โ and so do we. School should feel safe and fun for EVERY Wolf, especially the little ones just starting out!
Got a classmate who deserves a smile? A teacher who's been awesome? A new student who could use a friend?
Tell us who and what to say. We'll write your note on real Wolf Pack stationery (in our best handwriting!) and deliver it for you. Anonymous OR signed โ your call.
Print these at home and share with friends. All free, all made by Garden Ridge Wolves.
Got a Wolf Worry? Something stuck in your head? Don't know what to do about a friend, a class, a feeling?
Tell us! We're Callie & Livvie — we're 8, we're in 2nd grade, and we've felt almost every kid-worry there is. A grown-up reads your message first to make sure it's safe, and then we write back with our best kid-to-kid take.
Things kids ask us about:
โ ๏ธ Important: we are NOT pros — we're just kids who've been there. If something feels really scary or unsafe, a grown-up reads your message and they tell a teacher or counselor right away.
Real questions other Wolves asked, with our best kid-to-kid take. (No names โ always anonymous!)
No answered worries yet โ but the twins are ready! If you've got a worry, scroll up and ask.
Once we've answered some questions (with grown-ups making sure), they'll show up here for other Wolves to read.
Big-kid wisdom for making school AWESOME (made by kids who've been there!)
Walking up to someone and saying "Hi, I'm ___" is the secret to making friends. Everyone is a little nervous โ you're brave for going first!
If something feels wrong โ a kid is being mean, you're scared, or you don't understand โ tell your teacher. They WANT to help you!
Bring your lunch AND a smile. Smiling at someone in the hallway is a tiny gift that can make their whole day.
When you don't know something โ raise your hand! There's no such thing as a silly question. Smart Wolves ask LOTS of questions.
See someone sitting alone at lunch? Invite them over. Being kind to someone new might make your best friend for life!
Everyone messes up sometimes โ even big kids and teachers! When it happens, say sorry, try again, and learn. That's how Wolves grow strong.
Got a kindness idea, a question, or just want to say hi โ drop us a note.
